How does the single online test work?
The single online test is intended for individuals who want to obtain a Team Role profile. The cost is € 60 including VAT.
When you have entered your personal and payment details, you will receive an email from Belbin containing a hyperlink to an online SPI Link Page, where you can complete your self-assessment.
How does the method of multiple tests through internet work?
When ordering your multiple online tests, you will be asked to specify the number of tests you require.*
You will then be sent an email from Belbin containing a hyperlink to an administrator's page, where you can enter the email addresses of your participants to issue each of them an individual Self-Perception Inventory (SPI) hyperlink. No candidate will be able to see the responses or report for another candidate.
The online tests cost € 50 per person (including the opportunity to add up to 6 observer assessments for the same price). The administrator's link remains valid for 2 years, during which time Self-Perception and Observer Assessments can be completed as required. Reports are then emailed to the administrator automatically after the SPI has been completed. If using observer assessments too, reports can then be requested at any stage during the completion process. 4 or more observer assessments are required to produce a full 8-page report.
With your registration as a member it is possible to order more than one Belbin test, in case for example you want to research the profiles of the people from a team.
* Please note that we cannot offer partial refunds for any unused tests, nor can tests be added to an administrator's account once issued (see FAQs below).
If I purchase multiple tests, will I receive the reports?
If you purchase multiple online tests, you will be registered as the administrator. This will mean that reports are automatically emailed to you and not to the candidates.
This said, we have to allow candidates the opportunity to divert the report. If you do not wish them to view the report ahead of time, you can specify personalized instructions using our default settings.
Can I add one more test to my administrator’s link?
Unfortunately, tests cannot be added to an administrator's link once it has been issued. It is possible to buy a single online link, but bear in mind that this behaves differently to an administrator's link (see FAQ above).
Do I have to use the tests straightaway?
No. The tests remain valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. This means that, for example, a candidate could complete their Self-Perception Inventory (SPI) and then complete observer assessments (360-degree feedback) at a later date.
If an email address is incorrect or obsolete, you can redirect the hyperlink to another email address or candidate, so long as the test has not already been completed.
How do I create a team/group report?
Unfortunately, these are only produced via our bureau service or if you have purchased our software package e-interplace®. If you think you will require team reports, please contact us. Team/group reports require a considerable collection of data, so please contact us well before your deadline! |
