Self awareness is the beginning of our personal, social and professional development. Our acquired skills and knowledge are important, but the way we behave and consequently the image that the others create of us, most of the times, determine the level of our success.

The better we can understand our aims, the others and the wider environment, the easier it becomes to evaluate our choices, act and communicate effectively. Our image is not something we create. It is what the others create according to our behaviour both conscious and unconscious. However, identifying how and why others perceive us, enables us to manage certain behavioural aspects in a positive way.

In the professional arena, self awareness will lead us to choose professional positions where our skills will be appreciated and developed or partners that will counteract our weaknesses, contributing to the success of the project mingling their skills with ours.

Step 1. You purchase our services ‘Team Role Identification’ choosing either our online or bureau service:

Step 2. You fill in the Personal Perception Inventory that will be sent to you and our software will analyse your responses, producing several reports on your preferable, manageable and least preferable Team Roles together with advises on how to develop them and what to avoid.

So many people, do not realize their true potential or ignore behavioural aspects that are not appreciated and might act in a negative way long-term.

Step 3. You need at least four ‘observers’, people who you work or have recently worked together. All they will need to do is having ten to fifteen minutes available, to fill in a questionnaire that will be sent to them. Choose individuals, who you have different working relationships with. Our software e-interplace® will calculate their replies and produce complementary reports, presenting the points of difference or similarity together with advice on how to make the best out of this information.
