Self-Perception only Upon completion of the Belbin Self-Perception Inventory, you will receive a four-page self-perception report, which includes: Self-Perception Profile: presents your preferred, manageable and least preferred Team Roles on a graph. Counselling Report: explains how your two top Team Roles combine to form your Team Role contribution, and how to manage your least preferred role. Character Profile: examines the strengths and weaknesses of your Team Role "fingerprint", information about which jobs or placements would suit these preferences and a "Check at Interview" section, for those who wish to use the profile for recruitment purposes. Personal Work Style: identifies words and phrases to articulate your Team Role preferences and preferred style of working.
Adding observer assessments ΕAs well as the basic SPI, we recommend obtaining 360 degree feedback (or observer assessments) which can inform your profile. Please see our F.A.Q.s for more information. Once you have added four or more observer assessments, you will receive an eight-page report, including the four pages listed above, plus: Assessment Results in Rank Order: shows an ordered list of Team Roles, as specified by the individual and for each observer. Pie Charts of SPI versus Observer Data: illustrates the similarities and differences between Team Role preferences specified by the individual and those seen by observers. Bar Graph of Observer Words: shows the distribution of Team Roles, based on the words ticked in the observer assessment. List of Observer Responses: shows the number of ticks received for each word on the observer assessment, from most to least popular.
Team Reports Candidates’ Working Relationships: offers advice on the Working Relationship between two people in terms of their Team Roles . Overview of Team Role Profiles: useful to see the overall team/group information at a glance, and if cumulative Observers are different to Self Perception. Team Report (3-15 people): allocates team roles to different members of a team. Each team role is allocated only once for a team of 8 or less but for teams of more than 8 people, it will allocate more than one person to each role. Strong Examples of Team Roles: presents all team members who have scored high in a certain team role but can also exhibit good examples of combinations of roles. Group/Organization Team-Role Averages: this report will advise about what the group may encounter based on the top and bottom team role averages Most Highly Rated Observer Responses: shows the observer words that were ticked in descending order of popularity
