Experienced trainers and consultants in HR development, leadership development and psychology have teamed up for the design and implementation of these services.

All coaching and educational services are based on trust and will for learning and development. Our aim is to improve the capabilities of our clients in areas, identified by them. Our consultants form a close learning relationship with the clients to help them improve their behaviour and effectiveness in their personal and professional life, within a certain time and frame, using different approaches and methods.

  • Group work
    Experienced psychologists promote expression and positive behaviour in groups of 6 to 7 people with common problems, who share their concerns and solutions, under the facilitation of the trainer. These groups engage the individual in a quest for his/her personal wants, needs and actions and can be organised within a given number of meetings. Usually there are two trainers present who try to channel communication and learning acting as teachers who try to explain a theory and its practical use, introducing an experiment or an exercise to the group
